After a Long journey involving a totally awefull and inept delivery "Service" Company, that lasted 27 days from seller to my door*, The Zvezda English medieval Ship "Thomas"
I now have all three versions!!!!!!

*The seller is based 200 km´s away. 2.5 hours drive away!!!! 2.5 hours at a decent pace without doing the full Speed allowed. :eh: The post "Service" took an average of 8 km´s a day. I could have crawled there and back in the time the post "Service" took.
The Company, which I shall avoid from now on, Starts with H and if you swop the M out for a P it becomes a STD, which transmits faster than they do.

Took some working out, but I got it in the end. :-D

I get stuff sent from Tokyo, which to my place is about 6000 miles (about 9600km).
Allowing for the time difference, from the warehouse in Tokyo to my door is about 32 hours.

DHL all the way.

I finally made it and ordered my first AB figs. I really love for example the relaxed British tank crew in pixi suits

and also the FOO and RAF liason officer.

So I follow the advice from my friend FredG to buy them from

https://www.fighting15sshop.co.uk/ab-figures--flags-218-c.asp

I can only recommend his service and his very good and professional communication. AAA+++
Unfortunately he will stop selling AB figs in September. So I you think about buying some be quick!

And finally thanks again Fred for the tip :yeah:

Now at FIGZ I have to buy a Dingo scout car from Martin ;-)

Managed to get all three sets for a combined total (incl. postage) of less than £17. No idea what I'll be doing with them, but isn't that part of the fun of collecting?

Happy modelling.

A small amount of booty from the Bovington show. The four Russkie kit-bashed Shermans were only a fiver, so I'll be using them in a Battle group "Fall of the Reich" game once I've tarted them up a bit.
Image
The ZIS-3 crews will be useful for my winter Russkies as well, but I may have more guns than I need. The Early War Miniatures fill in a couple of gaps with a WW1 German AT rifle team (for another attempt at using Battlegroup for WW1) and some Italian crew for a miscast OM-32 I picked up from the EWM stand at another show, so EWM are getting some more money :-D The Crete book will just encourage me to revisit the island.

A winner.

The side view of a ladder.

Digit sum of the answer to live, universe and everything. The opposite of the negative pole of a battery. The amount of planets with human live we know till today.

A straight prime number.
