Ordering from Preiser site

Hi, has anyone here had experience with Preiser mail order? I have ordered some sets 9 days ago, but since then they do not respond to my mails. How long it usually takes them to ship the order (my order is still "in process"), are they always so uncommunicative?

I don't think costumers can order directly from the Preiser site.

From a dealer yes but not from the prieser site it´s self...unless you are of course a dealer.

They have ordering option (at least 3 sets must be ordered), customer service, basket, etc.
Does anyone have any experience with online shop mentioned above?
