That´s why i put it here and not in the "it´s a laugh" thread.
That´s up to who looks at it...some would say it´s funny, the look on the ´dogs face, or poinient, the juxtaposition of the dogs expression, cakes and the blip clips and some won´t see anything meaningfull at all.

Hennib Wehn is IMHO one of the funniest comedians going...he can mention the war (Don´t mention the war!!) and make it very funny. he´s got a very dry sense of humour and can use history very well, like this joke;

two men talking;
