Another question about modelhobbies :(

I've tried to call them but nobody answered. I'll make the attempts later.

I´ll say one thing....I have had problems with dealers....but they got sorted, one way or another...to keep on about any supposed bad treatment by whoever to whoever won´t sort the problem...not here.
As Suso has said...if you are not happy then go elsewhere, his suggestions were just that...suggestions nothing else..it is up to the individual.

And the same seller:

I've had a couple of problems with some online shops too, buy maybe I was unlucky with them. In any case they lost my custom in future and I shopped elsewhere.

The cheapest price isn't the factor that determines where I buy now.

Some online dealers and ebayers really do pump up the prices, but generally you do get the service you pay for. A small difference in price isn't such a big deal if you get a good service and you have to ask yourself is it really worth all the hassle to buy from a dealer who doesn't give you the service you deserve for a few Euros / Dollars / Pounds difference ?
