Cool parrot, much better than my old one who preferred the taste of human blood to that of a paint brush.

I am helped by the members of an online webforum, now what was it's name?

Cat.com? Nope
Prat.com? Nope
Hat.com? Yeah right!
Ahhh, BennosFigures.com, that's the one.

I have a great support team!

Here's my helper... :headbang: :guitar:

Some cats are incredibly reliable, extremely careful concerning their owners stuff.
My cat never actually broke any figure or model in 12 years, apart perhaps one figure on an old diorama left in the shed but I can't be sure it was her fault.
You should see when she come over on my table (usually extremely messy) to see what I'm doing, I wander how she manage to walk without touch anything, using just a "spread pattern" of rare tiny free spaces...

And of course, even if not actually here in my room, I have all you! :occasion:
Benno's forum is the best on line support team in the whole modeling world!
And a great fun grup of friends too! :jumping:

Hmmm-strange but also reasonable question for me personally!

So "real active helping" with my personal modelling does nobody-but (!) i got many many influence and inspiration from Andreas (Old Wolf) , who gave me a new focus on painting, modelling and even building dioramas in the 1/72 scale,as until that i mostly only collect 1/32!
I admire his works and also have an objective observer ;-) by my side who doesn´t spare with critics  .
He gave me hints and tips in my first steps into painting 1/72 size and also pushed me slowly into this forum-what a great idea from him!
Well,i think that you can say, he salvated me a bit and changed me to engage in figure painting -long lost and forgotten nerves were activated again...
so many thanks for that at first!!!!
Then i got so many inspiration and positive feedback from all those members in this great forum with so many brilliant painters-all with their unique painting styles and different ideas!
So also many many thanks to all of you!
I really like this forum and i´m proud to be part of it!
Many greetings,Dominik

For me this forum also is a help: looking the great works of others and have fun with it - in contrast to other places in the web.

On the other hand my wife who is not angry about so many "plastic shit" I am collecting and the "wasted time" at the painting table.

So Cheers to all of you and of course my wife

Looking at my work it's maybe no surprise that I am alone in this hobby as far as I know. But I found a little GREAT forum on the net with very kind people that encouraged me to go on and gave me new inspiration. This is great!   And while Valter (our dog) doesn't damage any figs or dios he's no help either. Haven't tried walking the dog while painting, but I don't think it will work.
