Bacon sandwiches are indeed the dogs bolllocks- best kind
3 rashers of fat trimmed bacon cooked slowly and gently until dark red
1 thick slice of green peppercorn cured brie cheese
Served on a thick white barm cake (bun/bap for all those outsid enorth west england)
and optional for philestines like me- dowsed in the Mighty Sir Thomas of K-stershire (ketchup) heinz!

Bacon with eggs that's my favorite, but the bacon not crispy! I don't like that.
It's like eating paper. It's got to be juicy!
