A bad start for Mr. X, cause he did lose this first 2023 montly duel..
He was up against Jan (Mabo) who had fantastic photo's and paintwork.
So the votes where cleare: 79% for the winner, but Mr.X will return, I am sure!

We are still looking for 10 memebers to pick a month, so don;'t be afraid and join the fun!

Congratz to Jan. Well deserved. I've voted for him but because of brighter photos.
Good painting is just 1/2 of advantage... good photos are other half.
And I think that Mr.X loose this time just because Jan had better photos.

Thanks for this duel and first of all a big excuse: It was late because of me! Several unexpected incidents keep me away from the painting desk, longer than I thought.

Carabiniers are really a challenge, so it was great to paint them for this duel. Good luck for the other paintjobs this year and three cheers for Mr.X who will continue in 2023.
