Hans Happy with his new project (WW1 airplains) and Hougamont
Martin did bring a part of his shop
Jan as always bussy painting cool figures
And me, happy with my Asterix range of course...
Also present where Benno and Das Dirk who I didn't get on camera, hope Jan did and can upload as well.
The show was cool, big with a lot of fantastic models. Also there where cool figures, have made some pictures but have to upload them later on if I have some space left. It was 2 years waiting, but it was worth it, looking forward to go to other shows again!
Benno was painting 6mm Prussians for wargaming the War of 1870/71. In the background you see Dirk, who was fortunately close to us.
On our side our trusted dealer Martin from Miniatuurwereld. It was perfect that he could be close to us otherwise we would not be complete.
On the other side was the stand of Jan Frankema who will join the FIGZ as well.
Hans presented the scratch-build Château d'Hougoumont.
But also plains of for his new project an airfield of "Jagdstaffel 18" in WWI
You see we were all in a perfect mood!
There were a lot of cool models and dioramas to see. One personal highlight was a table full of cool Matchbox models. I love, to see these perfectly painted childhood memories.
I counted all of Remcos Romans, but he told me not to publish the number here, because Peter wants to count them as well at the FIGZ in June...
Our founder was really hooked again, painting figures. So he was still painting after the whole fair was nearly gone.
For me it was a perfect weekend with friends. So nice to see them again and share the tables. Thanks for the organisation and till June in Arnhem!
