As promised, here are the pictures of the latest addition to the diorama. To add some variety, this time is the Monsignor assistant to the Pope, another religious figure, but a little different from the previous Cardinals, as is clearly seen in his clothing. :shock:

The first picture, as usual, to compare the scale with an euro coin:

Many thanks, friends. As always, I am flattered and overwhelmed by your praise. It's always a pride to have the support of your clear and objective judgment. This encourages me to continue on the same path, that is, using my "signature" or "idiosyncratic" painting style. :mrgreen:

I'm afraid that this project will suffer a temporary hold while I dedicate myself to the new Popemobile project, on which I have already started working. ;-)

Tomorrow I'll go out to spend a few days off in the north of Spain, with a less hot climate than the one we have in Madrid. There I will not enter the forum, but on my return I will open a new thread about my first steps in the Popemobile project. :winky:

First of all, I have produced a report on the historical part of my vacation trip with the title "A trip to the past", which I have posted in the Hobby General section. ;-)

It really has been a long time since I made the last addition to this project.

But I now can present the last incorporation to it, a new Cardinal. He's the fourth one and the oldest of all by age. After him, only two more are left to be painted (not counting the cross-bearer, the Pope and the three remaining Swiss Guards). :shock:

As always, firstly the picture with the Euro coin for scale purposes:

And now the sequence of the three successive painting stages from four different angles to get a general idea of the figure.

I will try to make less time pass before I finish and publish the next figure of this diorama, although I can't promise anything. It's the consequence of having several projects started and doing them simultaneously instead of going one by one, hahaha.
