It won't get rusted?
MABO, you are welcome again...
No it will not get rusted unless you leave it outside in the rain all winter.
I soak the figures to remove the grease from the mould-making process. So I get a glass jar with a lid. Fill it with hot water with a few drops of regular dish-washing soap (detergent) and a few drops of bleach. Put on the lid and shake it vigorously.
Then, take the lid back off and insert the figures. Leave them to soak for a few days (or two weeks if you have the time).
Then take them out, rinse them with filtered or distilled water, and set the figures on a paper towel to air dry.
After they are all the way dry, prime them. When the primer dries, they will be ready to paint. Hooray!
