They tend to shrink with a salt wash and as for boiling water...well the least said the better. It´s just that there´s millions of the slimy bu**ers this year!!!

welcome to the garden forum,
i thought all these slimy snails made theire big meeting this year in my garden. First they took the salat, carrots never saw the daylight, half of the potatoplants look like after an agent orange attack.
This year i decided not to share my beer with them ,don t like the salty way anyway . This year i do what a man has to do. Kill em one on one.

I can see tompkins becoming a Benno's regular and favourite keep these up whenever you think to mate, they are great fun.

Best sure for slugs- frogs. We have a pond full and the chomp the little buggers up, barely any of my plants get eaten now- however, green fly and caterpillars.... any one know any funny pond pets that eat these?
