A good enough question Wiking,
and I do not mind answering it,
as there is no great paranoia of secrecy needed here.

I do plan a little painting soon,one figure at a time,
but really I am a collector now more than ever before.

As a veteran my conflict now are the tremors of P T S D,
It does at times like a thief effect my life and my ability to paint figures.
But i try doing other stuff,and can do no better. BB

Don't paint that much, well I don't show what I paint, right now. But I got caught by the nasty nappy-bug and found Hat's British Infantry Command and bought it. It wasn't cheap, but now I have it! Plan to buy some of Strelets nappies later, but other stuff comes first. Maybe I will repaint some of my old stuff too.

Ah! the return to the old figures and repaint them dilemma. OK so the painting has improved (better paint, better brushes, improved technique) and the old figures can look better if we just.......... Then you finish up with a collection that just keeps being repainted like the old Forth Bridge.

Thank you Dalibor, my pencil, ruler and craft-knife are always in constant use. I try hard not to lose fingers but one day I guess I might.

I find working with paper and glue and emulsion paint is very forgiving in my hands.It covers the work tables,my cloths and at times walls and floors.

However,yes there is always a however.

In the hands of Mrs B,the old fashioned mop and bucket serves well to splodge a swoosh and a wipe clean on our stone floors,with both paint and plaster disappearing from view as if by some uncanny dancing on ice magic. She is most certainly my comely girl with a twirl. BB

All my figures arrived and theses certainly are a one inch army. i will fudge my magnifying visor out to paint a few of these and my bigest brush. BB

Supplies have arrived. They are sold as 28mm but they fit in nicely with the 1/72 figures so I am posting as such. The carbines compare well to the Revell 1/72 muskets. I don't have a problem adding these to 1/72 cavalry

I had a totally depleted stash of gabions so this is the start of a re-stash
