A silly (very low) speculative bid on ebay and for some very strange reason I won. All are still on sprues.

I've seen the Italeri box priced at much more than I paid for the three.

MrsG doesn't believe me.

Oh! I am so sorry. You such a poor boy.
We all know that the brain say no but the finger are the problem. They are the one who touch the button for - bit.
And what for an unexpected surprise these boxes are on the "I want it since a long time" list.

We feel with you and wish for you that happen never, never again.

Today and maybe tomorrow.

Yes it is very strange! Even though I haven't posted here it grows! Thought it would stop if I didn't tell what I buy, didn't work! So! Bought a couple of trees, furniture, a cook and a little more for my little (not so small anymore and growing :eh: project) from Thomarillion. One more purchase for this project and then it will be finished! And maybe I can start to finish some other projects too! :-D

Carry on Impaling? I'm sure they didn't film that one. I wonder why?

The drill bits tend to get dull very quickly with metal figures. they have to be cleaned several times per figure.
It's not unknown for a bit to get stuck and breaking either. At £1.69 (€1.91) including postage for the 50 It wasn't worth sending a smaller order. ;-)

Someone sneaked this upon my person as I was innocently giving the nice man in the model shop some money :eh:

I think I now have enough Cuirassiers in the stash to make up a 1:1 Waterloo charge

I have also bought this Testudo some months ago and I have to say that this is the most effective way to paint about 36 ancient Roman soldiers. :yeah: :-D

36 figures? And with one painted figure a month that makes that we have to wait three years to see this completed by Remco! :( ;-) :-D

Oh and Santa brought me this:
