When it is good then we have to say it to. Some time ago I attended the Revell company that the decals were missing of a kit I bought from them. Today I received a new decal set from them! That is what I call service!

Another thing about this company. In one box I found four times the first page of the buildings plans of this kit. Big problem because it was a big kit, and not possible to build it without plans. Then I found this page on their webside:

Here you can find all the plans of the kits they are selling. You can download them and print them out. As I did for my missing pages!
Don't know if other manufacturers do the same thing, but this is also a great service of Revell.

Yup, I heard that Revell is willing to replace damaged/missing parts.

Can only echo your comments. I have had 1 piece molded improperly that was easily replaced in the past. I have also contacted them to buy individual pieces that I had broken myself. Saved me from buying and entire kit again.
