Popped into Modelzone, just to check the sale items and came away with a couple of Austin Tilly's in caunter camouflage, really nice.

I never saw that camouflage before, one million thanks Fire at will! now I know how I will paint the next british lorry I have. You know if this camo was used in other theatres of war besides Sudan?

The camouflage is Caunter, used in the early desert campaigns, so could be seen anywhere in the Middle east theatre of operations, so could even be seen in Greece.

Thanks! I didn't know that. I had only seen that camouflage with light blue and dark red.

about 10 boxes of revell tyw imperial and swedish infantry and two boxes of swedish cavalry plus a box of a call to arms ecw artillery. gut had them on sale on marktplaats ( second hand site in holland) and it will be the start of my next project: dutch and spanish armies for the dutch revolt.

Father's Day presents arrived. From scalehobbyist.com I picked up two boxes of the elusive HaT Zulus, a Hasegawa Sherman, and a Dragon T34... plus a handful of Nassau infantry and a Prussian artillery limber from Schmaelling. It's going to be a fun summer!

Arrived between Friday and Saturday,three books (about Pompey, Task Force 45 - Italian sf in Afghanistan and Italian air forces), two boxes caesar counter terrorist force, hat el cid spanish command (very nice), a resin kit of Italian armoured vehicle VCC-1 Camillino and a Mv-22 osprey decal sheet:

Hi mates,

Here it is my latest items arriving at home during November, all of this came from my trades here at the forum, ebay, and some in a virtual flea market here in Portugal. :-D

It´s Christmas and birthday all together, but in the Vhristmas tree there will be some boxes. :mrgreen:
