Nice justification of the thread
and I didn't enjoy it because I was so small. I could really like it now. besides when we walked in the woods the army's bivowacks were great places to hide and play in
It's just that we were in a valley so that you could not really see what was going on you just heard it. But meeting the soldiers in the woods that time my father and I were walking the dogs is a cool memory. the only sad this is those younge cadets would have quite likely been sent to iraq and afganistan a few years after that moment some of them could have died there
But I can tell you one thing that you would like but uneaved me. when we went back in 2007. we went to that village and did a walk in the woods. but as we walked in the fields around them a helicopter carring a large cargo in the net beneath (4x4?). flew right over us saw us and circled round to face us
I decided to have some fun and make them think I was part of thier game and ran straight into the woods. this made them circle again. but they noticed my mother casualy walking and realised that nothing was going on that involved them (I think) . They then landed at the other end of the field. and a while later took off and flew over us again.
hoped you like the stories I am telling I have a few more including one about the prison which was also right next to the village just up the hill a bit
