Well, if I'm not to late to answer this question ...
I think the ultimate forum will be a combination of PSR, the Hat site and Benno's figures forum.
I like to see lots of painted examples of others work (still have to take and post pics of mine
)
Like to be able to ask for help on the forum and to share ideas etc
PSR is VERY useful to the hobby. Easy to use interface with info and pics on almost everu figure ever produced in 1:72.
The HAT site has a very useful forum and a lot of quite organised pics of work of others. Also like the ETS page.
What could be improved on these?
Well I guess organisition and the users interface. Sometimes I like to see how others have done a particular set or figure. Just as a reference for my own painting. On most hobby sites it's difficult to find painted examples of a particular set as they are not organised on period or manufacturer. (Hat, of course, does it in the catalogue section but not for al ETS contributions).
Another thing I would like is the inclusion of all scales and things that have to do with toy soldiers. I'm mostly collecting 1/72 napoleonics but I also like to see works in larger scale's. (From time to time I do 54mm)
Perhaps a section with old tin figures, the origin of our hobby, would be fun to. (I'm collecting antique tin figures myself.)
I'd also like to say that I really like this forum. Good work Benno!
