Yes I do, played and own all you have but also:
http://lordz.thelordz.co.uk/
Napoleon Total war, its a mod you install yourself onto a copy you must make of your rome total war folder. You have do be careful to do exactly as they say and you cannot play the main game lik ethis, but you can play napoleonic set matches with Britain, austria, Prussian, Russian, Spain, Portugal, Brunswick, France, Naples and the Dutch armies good fun for an hour or so.

I have also played Cossacks II, though it is a little rubbish, and Imperial glory (map game is ok, but battlefield is poor) and Empires Dawn of the modern world. I'll probably get Empire-Total War, when it comes out, even though its bound to be a bit rubbish.

The game I have been waiting for for years is this:
http://www.battlefront.com/products/les_grog/

Les Grognards, it will be the ultimate battlefield simulator, but it is being built almost singlehandely By Jean Michel Mathe for many years, and wll probably take as long again. The graphics will date, but the game looks beyond reproach.

I also enjoy my fligh sims and first person shooters.

Oh, I remember ole Risk. Played a lot when I was a kid, but a bad loser (=me :-D ) and a bad winner (=big brother) is not good when 3 brothers are playing. :-D Our dog (a Staffordshire Bullterrier) always went hiding with his tail between his legs whenever he saw that we were going to play. We didn't do him anything but he hated the arguments and fights that it always ended with. :-D

Hey Paul, I don't play such kind of games. I paint and have the forum, that's enough for me.

@Sus: Swedish Civil War at home?

OK, that demo was pretty good, I mean washington tried he really did, but I kicked his ass! I had no idea Total war: empires was going to be starting in the 7 years war, AWI and French revolution and running through until waterloo

Man all those redcoats in tricorns, little grenadiers, and even light dragoons which can dismount too! I think I'm gonna need a new PC, because this looked pretty sweet on this old hunk of crap, and the graphics were mostly medium  Roll on end of march!

Where did you get the demo? I´ve been waiting for ages for Empires to come out. Seen outtakes, it looks excellent, especially the sea battles.

I had two linked PCs in my room. So I invited friends and we spent countless hours on Age of Empires 2 - Age of Kings. My all time favourite computergame.

I am very keen on buying the new Empires-Total War. But my three years old PC is perhaps a little bit too weak to play it properly.

I loved age of empires 2 also, but I think Rome total war won my heart when it came out, certainly my PC is 4 years old, but back then it was state of the art, and I have added lots of new fans and graphics cards, and it was sweating playing Total war: Empires, it does look to be great though, it'll be even better when the NTW or some other online modders get their hands on it and tweak it, although I must say unlike Medieval, and Rome total war the inaccuracies were not so immedieately evident, so fingers crossed?

As Adamparsons says his PC is 4 years old and was then state of the art. When RTW came out I bought the best game PC at the time but still had problems with the speed of gameplay if the squad size was set to max and with all details on full. For empires TW it´ll probably be neccesary to have a computer the size of the one used for US air defence.

I feel like a child just right now, as my PC told me to wait half an hour to simply INSTALL Empire Total War.. So how long will it keep me playing it !?!

I bought the Amazon-only version, supporting you with extra forces. None for the Prussian, which I'll be playing most of the time, but two for the British.. UNFAIR ;)

I'm so excited to play it !
I hope I'll be able to play it on my olde' tyme PC..

So who else is about to "see it all happen" in a game like never before ?

Hey, Paul, thanks for the wish !

Sad enough, my PC just lets me play on lowest settings.
But I'm even more disappointed, as the game simply lacks so much of the depth Medieval II had to offer. The battles are BETTER, IF you've got a high end machine to call your own. But they are WORSE compared to what MY machine was able to present in Medieval II. And there are sooo many things missing...

For the casual gamer, it might be the best part of the Total War series, but for a grognard as me, this game is a disappointment to a certain degree...

:(

Marc.

Heh, ETW requires some play to unlock period technology, but it will always be as limited as just like any table top game.

Got an Xbox 360, but got a bit meh over consoles except racing games. I'm all living in middle earth these day game wise, Lord of the Rings online MMO. Just had a new expansion out, and still going strong. Has more depth if you want a game to continuously play, as opposed to- £50, 10 hours, and I'm done.
