They are Russian as far as I can see. On the right General Kutuzov? General Bagration and maybe Platov.

Don't know actually because I nevr met them. ;-)

Well Sho,
the master painter / and sculptor of tiny faces.
I will give it a try in guessing the generals. I used the portaits from Ermitage to compare.
Left one = General Korf
Middle one: Face could be Platov but usually shown with cossack felt cap. Face could also represent Osterman-Tolstoi, but he was not a cavalry general
Right one = General Ouvarov
Let's see how I pass the test

Yes, these are Russian Cavalry Generals, last patch of my Borodino Russian High Command Set.
Michael rightly quessed two names but placed these names on wrong figures.

Ostermann-Tolstoi was sculpted long time ago..

also Kutuzov.. but Platov will be sculpted later.

Those are all some beautifully sculpted and painted figures! Most 15mms have one of two issues--either a lack of detail, or exaggerated features that are disproportionate to the scale. Yours manage to have pretty close to completely natural proportions with a wealth of detail. Inconceivable!
