Primordial Jungle WIP

All figures are 75mm resin kits.
The snake wound around "George of the Jungle" came in eight parts. So the guy had to be painted first and then each separate section of snake painted and fixed in place -- and the fit of each part was atrocious! So a ton of milliput filler had to be used to fill all the gaps and then sculped to match the original resin parts.
It all worked out in the end, so I'll let these pictures do the rest of the talking.

Very colorful and a real fun to look at! And a top notch paintjob.
Is it possible that there is a dinosaur model by David Krentz in the scene? - I did something remotely similar here.
Besides the dinosaur, I would like to know which other figures you used - and which plants, because getting good jungle vegetation is not always easy in our hobby...

As mentioned, all figures are 75mm Resin kits.
The two additional snakes, (although one of them is difficult to see in these photos - in fact, it's really only visible in the 5th and 7th images down), were sculpted from 2-part Milliput laid over a wire former.
The Nameplate in the last photo is a screenshot from "The Jungle Book" Disney movie.

The Amazon Queen riding that Sabre-Tooth Beast is from Black Sun Miniatures.

The Amazon riding the Dinosaur is from Chronos Miniatures.

The Barbarian on his knees and not really having a nice day is from Tin Berlin Miniatures.

The Palm Tree kits, most of the jungle plants and various scatter materials are from Reality in Scale

Other good sources of jungle foliage are shops selling artificial flowers and the plastic plants that are used for aquarium accessories.
Hope this helps.

Wonderful and exotic diorama, Flashcad. The scenery (specially the vegetation) is even most espectacular than the figures.

Great work. Congratulations.
