Austrian Flag Question

Anyone know what the Austrian NATIONAL flag was in 1809? Black over yellow or red/white/red tri-bar? Come on you Österreicher (?) out there :-D

Thanks, I'm kind of leaning in that direction unless someone can give a good reason for using something else.
