it's funny, did you realize that russian presidents always had alternating hairstyle: :mrgreen:

lenin-no hair
stalin-hair
chruschtschow-no hair
breschnjew-hair
gorbatschow-no hair
jelzin-hair
putin -no hair
medwedew- hair

So that's how they pick the presidents in Russia: Go out and pick the first guy you see with or without hair, depending on which turn it is.

Remember that enough of the rulers (czars, soviet dictators) in russia weren't actually elected, which makes it even more strange.
