New movie on ancient Troy

There is a documentary movie with fascinating new insights on the Trojan War. Also of relevance for diorama builders and war gamers who are interested in the epoch:

Thanks. Most amusing.

The Bronze Age is one of my favourite periods in history.

BTW the Brad Pitt movie: fairly awful but the sets were very good: Minoan, really.

:xd: :xd: supreme!

A new theory on the Trojan horse by an Italian archeologist says the horse was instead a boat. It sounds plausible http://www.dpa-international.com/topic/end-myth-researcher-says-translating-error-led-trojan-horse-171108-99-785783

Must have been something like that! Homer had probably never heard of dinosaurs so he presumed it was a big horse.

1/72 figures, Dinosaurs, and Ancient buildings, all thrown in together. That's my kind of history.
