Two paintbrushes (I seem to have an enourmous capacity to ruin them very quickly) and a pot of "Midlund flesh" from a manufacturer called "privateer press" ??
Never heard of them before, www.privateerpress.com
They´ve got a vid about minis painting
http://privateerpress.com/formula-p3
The Paint doesn´t seem too bad, anyone else heard of it/used it??

@ Paul : Used ones but a bag complete with those wobbly bobbly plastic Cowboy riders. Ok the riders are mostly crap but with the footsloggers I am happy with. Excellent stuff for my growing Daisy Town.
I will be at Kampen to show them painted

Yes, the 2 Warrior kits are out of production at the moment, like many of their excellent 1/72 armour kits as well. Same is true for most of their still remarkable 1/72 figures range as we all know.
A bit weird that they keep up with that rotation system, since many modellers worldwide are willing to pay high prices at ebay for items such as the Panzer IV H & J, Cromwell Mk. IV, Australian Infantry, Japanese Infantry & WWI French Infantry.
One can only guess that this strange marketing concept is based on some considerations of keeping the warehousing costs low... .

On topic:
I was a naughty boy and placed 2 huge orders lately. Both arrived during the last week! :-D

Italeri
Anti Tank Teams - had to buy 1 more box of this highly useful set.
Italian 90/53 Gun with Servants - needed more italian arty-crews, my third box already.
German Motorcycles - my third box as well, so much better than the Hät ones.
Waterloo 1815
Japanese Infantry - these mix nicely with my Esci, Matchbox & Revell units.
US Marines - very useful for the later Pacific campaigns.
Italian Heavy 149/40 Gun - lovely crew, suitable for the NA theatre, the gun is simplified but still ok for many I guess.
Japanese 70mm Gun - again very useful figures.
Caesar
German Paratroopers - 2 boxes
German Panzergrenadiers (Set 2) - 1 box
US Army - 2 boxes
All very nice figures! Great sculpting, anatomy & detail. The only objection I have is their general height - which is on the small side. Although they're visibly smaller, they still mix well with Revell, Esci/Italeri, Pegasus & Imex.
Hät
British Mortars
British Machine Guns
These 2 sets are the only dissapointments regarding WWII sets during the last months. Substandard quality at best imho. Poor sculpting and anatomy & soft detail. A somehow chunky appearance. Although I have to say that the mortar set is the better of the two, I won't buy any more of these sets. Again I had high hopes in Hät products, but now one can only hope that Pegasus, Caesar or Italeri will do some British support weapons in the future!

Ordered some plastic kits as well.
Revell
Sd.Kfz. 251/1 Ausf. C with Wurfrahmen 40 (Stuka zu Fuß)
Sd.Kfz. 251/9 Ausf. C
RPM
Lorraine 37 L tracked carrier
Hotchkiss H 35
Renault R 35
ICM
Krupp L2H143 Kfz. 69 with towed 3,7 cm Pak 36 (also known as Krupp Protze)
Sd.Kfz. 222
IBG
Bedford QLD
Chevrolet C15A (general service truck)
Excellent kits! Except for the Sd.Kfz. 251/9 these are all older models & actually reinforcements for some long-term projects.

Only problem was that I couldn't hide the parcels & the following enlargement of the (already extensive but ever growing) stash from missus... .

...again I had to promise not to squad more and more space in the future... . :(

@Erich:
That is quite a list.
We all understand that such an amount is difficult to hide.
On the other hand: it keeps us off the street (and the bar) and in the house.
Must be worth something?

In my case there is still enough spare time for football (soccer of course) & the pub too! :-D

Joking aside, I place such orders quite regulary every 10 - 12 weeks or so. Sometimes they're smaller, sometimes bigger. Keeps the shipping costs low if you buy many items at once imho & I'm normally not in a hurry to buy the latest sets just to own them immediately.

So, my missus got used to it since long. But honestly, I'm definitely not allowed to receive more than the usual ration every 2 or 3 months!

Best Regards,
a fiddling, gluing, painting & swearing but happy EvM

my previous 5 sets arrived Yeah!
also HaT Franks are in transit
Strelets sets
Alexander Nevsky's Army
Carolingian cavalry
have arrived too. :-D
A bit disappointed at the Carolingian horse as the riders don't fit the horses very well, but the riders are nicely sculpted. The Alexander set is very well done. As well I am happy with the HaT sets too. So me happy overall.

Bought a box of Airfix's Sheriff of Nottingham-chaps. And oooh are they going to die! :-D Along with some Italeri, Strelets, Revell and Zvezda-fellas. Right now waiting for a package with other stuff (but also 1/72) from the UK.

Just received the ZVEZDA Scythian Cavalry. Very fine. Beautifully sculpted. Excellent detail. Zvezda huge but a little smaller than some recent sets. Three wonderful horse archers shooting behind them, a difficult thing to produce. And the human anatomical proportions are right, something I wish PSR would stress more. The horses might be a bit thin but still good. I'd give it high marks in all PSR areas except pose number. You get four horse poses, but 6 of one, and 5 of another. So if you don't mind a lot of repetition in the horses, I'd highly recommend it.
