I approve of any photo that uses a cat to demonstrate the scale of something!

Well, it's not really a purchase. A good friend bought a 3D printer and that was his gift to me. ;-)
Thank you Nikos Kosmadakis. :notworthy: :-D

But the woman's arms are broken, and the guy is broken as well with that small ....
Ask for a reprint!

No serious great figures, those printers are getting better every day

Don't you have grass in Sweden? Why didn't you ask our German friends? I'm sure they would have helped you with some seeds!

@Kostis: those are real nice! I want to be his friend to! :-D

We just have snow and trees and trees and snow. Asked some shady fellows downtown and all they had looked brown and ugly and was quite expensive. :eh:

If you need some printed antique sculptures printed, there are a couple of museums and projects going on at Myminifactory where they are 3D scanning such things, they are very nice - not sure if all of them can be printed in such small scales, but they are definitely worth a try :)

Wow, Kostis, I also want a friend like Nikos. He has printed fantastic reproductions of some world famous Greek and not Greek (such as the Michelangelo's David) sculptures.

Very interesting figures. The pizza delivery man is excellent!

Looking at the links there are some amazing things available as stl files but, sadly, I couldn't find a Bronze age Beaker.

As there is the chance that the Ukrainian manufacturers may lose their factories, moulds or even businesses, I felt I should buy in advance everything I think I'll need for a long time to come. Realistically, I'll never get around to painting some of this stuff...

That's a good looking haul of figures, Rich!

You are right to buy sets while they are around, especially since there is no end currently in sight to the conflict in the Ukraine and consequent and unfortuate disruptions. I live in hope that Strelets (and Redbox, and others) will come through this relatively unscathed and be able to resume production.

Needless to say, I have also recently been buying 'sets I am bound to need' in the last month...although the little voice in my head still says "do you think you will ever actually get around to painting these..??.". But it's re-assuring to have them in the 'stash' though. :-D

There was a model show in my city last weekend, and picked up some kits - some stuff in other scales as usual, but the majority in 1:72. The Beaufighter is ex-Matchbox and a pretty decent kit, and the KP Spitfire is the new KP series - great kit, really liking it.

I made a supershot, at least for me, on ebay:

A complete set of Strelets 071 special figures. I was looking for them since years and I got them for a really reasonable price incl. shipping.

I have the set in mind condition as well, but I would like to keep it like this.
On the other hand I also like the figures and I hope to paint them, some day. :-D :yeah:

Maybe the seller is here in the forum as well...?! ;-)
