I found this link to this page, I know it says 1843 but its about as close to the era you are looking for. According to my Osprey book of Austro-Hungarian army 1836-1866 parts 1 and 2 the uniform was Napoleonic until changes in style started in 1836

today i saw ,, the horseman on the roof´´and it lookd ineresting

did that era uniforms lookd more napoleonic ?

and why the womens costumes and hairsyles were so ridiculues?

the 1830's were a transition period between what was worn prior (Napoleonic) to what was seen in the 1850's and 1860's. If I recall most of the reason for simplifying the Austrian armys uniforms was for cost reduction savings (where have I heard that before :-D ) and this was the near middle of the beginning of the Industrial age where as far as Military trends were heading towards large standing armies.Plus civilian fashion trends also played a part as well.
( oh and as far as Female fashion goes.......... I have never understood that :lol: )
