Paint color for cold war era AFV's

I was wondering what would be the best Vallejo color to use as base color (not coat) for U.S. armor of the '50's and 60's Thanks
I am working on M103 and M48 and M60 tanks. Also if you know what color W.German armor of the same era is I would appreciate that too.

For US armor 889 (USA Olive Drab) and for West-European armor 892 (Yellow Olive) or 888 (Olive Grey).
