1/72 - Dry Transfers or Waterslide Decals ?

Hey guys,

I've found a really good set of 1/72 Waffen SS decals I'm intending to purchase. I noticed they are available in both Dry Transfer and Waterslide Decal. I don't have much experience with 1/72 Waterslides so I am thinking Dry Transfer would perhaps be the better option for me. But I was wondering if there is a difference between the two in finish/quality ?

Of what I see and read in FAQ, I think the dry ones are a bit thinner as the water ones.
